User Voice Group Guidelines
Raidcall grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, this copy of the Software is solely for your personal use on any desktop or other fixed or portable computer/device. It provides every user with the opportunity to create up to 3 free voice groups.
And with that opportunity to an incredible free service comes the voice group adminship guidelines that all voice group owners and voice group admins must follow.
1.You may not select a voice group name, which violates any copyright, third party's trademark right or other proprietary right or a name which Raidcall deems in its sole discretion to be profane, offensive or in any other way unacceptable. RaidCall reserves the right to delete any profane, obscene, offensive or unacceptable voice groups and/or to require you to change your voice group name.
2.You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Account and the voice groups registered to your Account. You will not use your voice groups for illegal activities that break your regional/local laws.
3.You will abide by all Raidcall rules and user policies.
4.Harassment, nudity, impersonating, excessive profanity, and general rudeness will not be tolerated in the voice group you owned if minors are present.
5.No racial/religion/gender/sexual discrimination of any kind is tolerated in the voice groups.
6.As the voice group creator/owner you will hold responsibility of informing your admins of the guidelines so that they are prepared for the responsibilities that come with the authority.
7.Raidcall Administrators & Official Staff will have red icons by their names. They and only they will be in charge of contacting you in the event that you break a rule.
8.Raidcall reserves the right to restrict conduct and/or take measures against conduct, which Raidcall deems in its sole discretion to be harmful or offensive to other users is unacceptable for any reason or no reason whatsoever or otherwise detracts from the Raidcall service or adversely affects Raidcall. Examples of unacceptable conduct include:
(a) threatening, harassing, or intimidating another user;
(b) transmitting any unlawful, threatening, abusive, profane, offensive, defamatory, or hateful text or voice communication or Images or other material, or any racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material, or any material that violates or infringes the intellectual property or privacy or publicity or other rights of any other party;
(c) using any obscene or offensive nickname; impersonating another user, including, without limitation, a Raidcall employee, administrator or representative;
(d) disparaging the Raidcall service, Raidcall or its representatives, administrators or employees or solicitation;
(e) posting or transmitting any advertising, promotional materials or other forms of solicitation to other users;
(f) permitting language, text or images that are inappropriate to the voice groups you host or abusing your right to take action against participants in your voice groups or
(g) disrupting the normal operation of any voice groups or otherwise acting in a manner that negatively impacts other users or is inconsistent with the rating of a voice group or attempting, soliciting or abetting another to do of any of the above.
In addition, examples of unacceptable conduct include, but not be limited to, hacking the Software, stealing the account or nickname of another user, sending a Trojan, worm, time bomb, cancelbot, or other disabling device or harmful component intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information or attempting, soliciting or abetting any of the above. Failure by Raidcall to address unacceptable or otherwise prohibited behavior on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver by Raidcall with respect to any similar behavior in the future. Without assuming the responsibility therefore, Raidcall also reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict the group activity of known or suspected hate group or other similar organization.
Raidcall allows you to run your voice group as you see fit, that means, you can set your own rules for your server, and consider your voice group your home. If you break any of the mentioned rules, your voice group will be investigated and may result in the freezing or removal of your voice group/account and the ability for you to ever become an admin in the program.
