How do I create a sub-channel?
After creating a voice group, the group owner and admin can freely create sub-channels. Right click on the group name and select ‘create sub-channel’ within a group, then input a channel name and click ‘ok’. Or you can create a sub-channel by referring to settings within a group.
How do I delete a sub-channel?
If you want to delete a sub-channel, please right click on the sub-channel name and select ‘delete’ or you can delete by referring to ‘settings’ within a group.

a) Directly input a password while accessing the sub-channel creation page.
b) If you already own a sub-channel without a password, please right click on a sub-channel name, and then select ‘view/edit’ to set up a password.

Right click on a channel name and select ‘sort’, then move up or move down sub-channels while accessing the sort page. Or you can sort the sub-channels in ‘settings’ of the group.

How do I set up a channel only for displaying messages that cannot be entered?
Right click on a channel’s name and select ‘view/edit’, then refer to ‘basic info’ and check‘this channel is only for displaying messages and cannot be entered’.
How do I ban/unban one’s voice chat?
While being in a group, right-click on a member and roll over ‘admin’, then mark on ‘disable voice chat’. With this, all people in the channel will not hear the ones who have been voice banned/muted.
